Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. If anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.

1. Who we are

ljacpasi is a brand of Framerush Mirza Kurbegović s.p., a sole proprietorship registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

2. Products

• All cases are handmade. Each piece is one of a kind, so small variations in colour, shape and finish are part of the product and are not defects.
• Photos show the actual piece you buy, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Lighters are not included. Lighters contain fuel and can't be sent by post, so we ship the case only. Any lighter shown in photos is for illustration.
• Because every piece is unique, each product can only be sold once. If two orders arrive for the same piece, the first fully paid order gets it and the other buyer receives a full refund of anything already paid.

3. Prices

• All prices are in euro (EUR). The total you pay is the product price plus shipping, both shown before you place the order.
• The price and shipping cost that apply are the ones shown at the moment you place your order.
• Customs duties, import VAT and handling fees in your country are not included and are paid by the buyer (see section 6).

4. Ordering

When you place an order you receive an order number and the payment details on screen. Please save or screenshot them. The contract is concluded when we receive your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the piece is no longer available or the order contains an obvious error; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

5. Payment

• Payment is made by international bank transfer (IBAN / SWIFT) to FRAMERUSH MIRZA KURBEGOVIĆ S.P., NLB Banka a.d..
• Please use your order number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment.
• The piece is reserved for you for 7 days. If payment has not arrived by then, we may cancel the order and offer the piece to someone else.
• Any fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks are paid by the buyer. Please choose the “OUR” fee option if your bank offers it, so the full order amount arrives. If a smaller amount arrives, we will contact you about the difference before shipping.
• If you pay in a currency other than EUR, your bank's conversion rate and fees apply.

6. Shipping, customs and delivery

• We ship worldwide from Bosnia and Herzegovina, usually within 3 business days after your payment arrives. You receive a tracking number when available.
• Delivery times depend on the destination and the postal services involved and are estimates, not guarantees.
• Bosnia and Herzegovina is not in the European Union. Parcels to the EU and most other countries go through customs, and you may be asked to pay import VAT, duties and/or a handling fee on delivery. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because it was not collected or customs charges were refused, we refund the product price minus the original and return shipping costs, or reship it at your cost.

7. Damaged, lost or wrong items

If your case arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will offer a repair, replacement (where possible) or a full refund including shipping. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the postal service and refund or replace once the loss is confirmed.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

• You can return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us via the contact form within that period, then send the item back within 14 days after telling us.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, ideally in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund an item that never arrives back.
• We refund the product price and the original shipping cost (standard rate) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, by bank transfer to the account you tell us. Customs charges you paid on import are not refundable by us.
• This does not limit any additional rights you may have under the consumer protection law of your country.

9. Care and use

Our cases are decorative accessories that hold a standard lighter. Use them responsibly, keep them away from open flame and heat sources other than the lighter's normal use, and keep lighters out of reach of children. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or use with lighters the case was not designed for.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limitation (for example for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for personal injury).

11. Personal data

We use the details you give us (name, address, email, phone) only to process and ship your order and to contact you about it. We share them only with the postal and customs services needed to deliver your parcel. We do not sell your data or send marketing emails without your consent.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We will always try to find a fair solution.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
